Add a card when you sign up. Nothing is charged until day 15; cancel before then and you pay nothing. The trial is the full product with your real patients.
Onboarding & team training optional
$3,500 one time
We set up your clinic with you and train your team. Add it at checkout. This price applies to purchases through December 31, 2026; it goes up after that.
Fax
Faxing uses your practice's own SRFax account, connected in the tracker. Fax charges are billed by SRFax.
Questions
- When is my card charged?
- On day 15 of your trial, then every month on that date. Onboarding, if you add it, is charged at checkout.
- What happens if I cancel, or a payment fails?
- You keep full access for 7 days. After that the clinic becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in, see every record and export everything, but nothing can be changed. Your records are never deleted automatically — we delete them only when you ask in writing, after you have your export.
- Do you sign a business associate agreement?
- Yes. You accept our business associate agreement during sign-up, before any patient information is entered.
- Does this replace our EMR?
- No. Your EMR keeps the clinical chart. The tracker is the record of patient access — benefits, authorizations, REMS and the controlled-substance log — and can exchange demographics, medications and visit summaries with your EMR.
- Can we run ketamine alongside SPRAVATO®?
- Yes. Programs are unlimited, each with its own doses, service codes and checks, and staff can be limited to the programs they work in.
